Everyone makes light drawings. I haven't really gotten around to making any yet, so here are my first ones. They're kind of boring, but next time they'll be better. Any tips?

i reckon, for what it is worth, that the 2nd and 3rd ain't boring at all. i like. i like alot...x
I've done a few of these and LOVED it.
I don't know how you're making them but the second one looks awesome! Did you mess with it in photoshop because it looks graphic-y...
When I made some I used a flashlight and would flash a light right before the exposure ended so I (or my friend) would appear in the image. They came out pretty neat...
It's really about trial and error. And you really can't make boring light drawings as far as I'm concerned.
The last one is fantastic! Reminds me of a glass sculpture that is hanging at the MoMA right now! Happy New Year girl:)
I have some I posted on my blog a bit ago! They're so much fun. What's awesome is finding a buncha different things to use to draw with: like setting off camera flashes adds some nice sparkle, etc :}

For those who don't know how to do it, you need to set your camera to take a long exposure (depending on what you want to draw) and then make sure you compensate with your ISO/F-stop.. depending if you want the background to be black, or if you want the rest of the things in your photo to emerge also!

I think these aren't boring at all...I really like the second one!=) You could try some other shapes...and some other light sources of/with different colors, too.
these are fabulous! just got a new camera and i really want to try this...
